Our Firm
Benefits We Deliver
Auditore Specialist Family Lawyers know how to pick up the pieces
after a failed relationship and set you on the road to your new
life. We can also advise people in new relationships or marriages
how to legally avoid a bitter dispute in the event of a future
relationship breakdown.
We deliver more than just the technical answers to Family Law
problems. We adopt a holistic approach by listening to our client’s
concerns and help to identify the objective outcome which needs to
be achieved- be it a fair property settlement, a consideration of
the children’s physical and emotional needs or providing/receiving a
proper level of financial support. All our clients benefit from
having our Law Institute Accredited* Family Law Specialists and very
experienced senior lawyers using our extensive experience with
people, business, finance and life. We find the right individual
practical solution for each client’s unique circumstances. | | |
With our experienced advice, guidance and representation, many of
our clients are able to achieve timely property settlements through
a Mediation process, thus avoiding the expense, delay and stress of
Court Proceedings. However, some cases cannot be settled (e.g. where
there is a spouse who refuses to negotiate on reasonable terms) and
it becomes necessary to initiate court proceedings in order to
promote our client’s best interests. You will have the benefit of
the firm’s sound knowledge and experience in knowing when to
litigate in Court and knowing when to settle.
If you do end up in Court, our lawyers (qualified as Barristers
and Solicitors) will personally represent you in Court on most
occasions. Your case will be thoroughly prepared (and so will you)
to ensure the best result possible in all circumstances. We also
work with Australia’s best Queen’s Counsel and Senior Counsel when
the case requires.
Our lawyers have vast experience having successfully conducted
court cases in the Federal Magistrates’ Court, Family Court of
Australia, State Supreme Courts and the High Court of Australia.
Whether your case involves a ten million dollar business or a
suburban house, rest assured that we know how to deal with it in the
best possible way and obtain the best possible result for you.
Cases involving children need to handled in a sensitive way but
they can also sometimes require quick action to avoid long term
emotional damage to children. We have the experience, the knowledge
and the resources to advise of the best way to protect the interests
of our clients and their children. Should the need arise, we will
recommend the best Counsellors and Psychologists to assist in
achieving a sensible outcome.
